The story behind this wine

The terroir, Melon B. as a single variety, a sur-lie ageing for a balance between roundness and freshness. This wine expresses in its own way what Muscadet means to me — a generous, subtle and elegant wine.

Tasting notes

At once elegant and expressive, mineral and playful. Salinity meets white peach, floral notes evolve toward freshly shelled hazelnut, and silky touches of mirabelle plum give way to a sensation of fresh, crunchy grape on the palate.

Food pairings

A joyful aperitif or partner to not-too-strong cheeses — fresh chèvre, young Crottin de Chavignol, mild sheep's milk cheeses
Seafood and fish, raw or lightly marinated
Classics: sole meunière, pike-perch with beurre blanc, trout with almonds
Salads and vegetarian dishes with citrus, herbs and light cheeses

Serve at 8–10°C
