Born between the Loire and Brittany, on the gentle slopes of the Muscadet Nantais, AB Initio is a project of artisanal, living wines. Folle Blanche, Melon de Bourgogne, Chardonnay, Gamay: organically-farmed vines rooted in granite, schist and orthogneiss, hand-picked and respectfully vinified in terracotta amphoras or underground concrete vats. The conviction that nothing happens without reason.
